PM flies to London via Dubai

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on her way to attend the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting 2009 in Port of Spain, the capital city of Trinidad and Tobago, reached Dubai, UAE, on Thursday. On her arrival at the Dubai International Airport by an Emirates flight at local time 12:30am, the prime minister and the Bangladesh delegation were received by Nazmul Quaunine, the Bangladesh Ambassador in United Arab Emirates. After over two-hour transit waiting, the prime minister and the Bangladesh delegation left Dubai for London at 2:55am. Sheikh Hasina and her team are expected to arrive in Port of Spain at 5:20pm Thursday.
