Man arrested for threatening Taposh

Rapid Action Battalion members arrested a man from Khulshi residential area in Chittagong city early Monday on charge of threatening Awami League lawmaker Sheikh Fazle Noor Taposh over cell phone.
The arrestee was identified as Sohel Rana, 23, son of Md Amir Hossain of Rasulpur village in Zokiganj upazila of Sylhet.
On information, RAB-7 raided a house in Khulshi residential area and arrested Sohel at about 4:00am, reports our staff correspondent in Chittagong.
The elite force also recovered four mobile sets and seven SIM cards from his procession.
He was taken to Rab-7 headquarters in the city for interrogation.
