Wealth statements of ministers, MPs by June: Muhith

Finance Minister AMA Muhith said on Sunday ministers, lawmakers and their relatives would make public their wealth statements by June 2010.
Speaking to reporters at his Economic Relations Division (ERD) office in the capital, he said the wealth reports of judges would also be disclosed as said by the chief justice immediately after his appointment early this month.
The minister said the wealth statements were not made public in 2009 as the lawmakers already placed their reports on properties at the Election Commission before the national election in 2008.
