Satellite News: BTV brings dimension in programmes

Bangladesh Television (BTV) has brought new dimension in its programmes now. The authority has introduced new programmes for its viewers. At present new set is being using instead of old one along with the digital print. Therefore, latest technologies including lighting, modern set are being using in the programmes. Using of titles has made mandatory through animation and graphics of all programmes of the BTV.

BTV held hostage under OSD’s dictatorship

Bangladesh Television (BTV) has been under the dictatorship of an officer on special duty (OSD) for the last three weeks. Kamaluddin Ahmed, who was made OSD at the establishment ministry after he was relieved of the charge as director general (DG) of BTV on October 13, is still continuing in the office.
